The Next Generation
of Rigid Airships.

Sustainable. Efficient. Quiet. A new era of aviation.

The Paradigm Shift

Commercial aviation is facing a shift: Away from pure speed towards efficiency, sustainability, and new operational capabilities.

Conventional aircraft are hitting limits regarding noise, CO2 emissions, and infrastructure. Troponaut closes this gap with the T-15, a rigid airship combining VTOL capabilities with long-range endurance and a minimal ecological footprint.

The Troponaut T-15

Safety

Rigid "skin-on-frame" design and multi-cell gas containment for maximum redundancy and damage tolerance.

Innovation

Novel "QuadroPod" propulsion for precise vectoring and reduced ground handling requirements.

Mission

Ideal for sustainable tourism, long-term surveillance, and scientific research missions.

Strategy: Crawl, Walk, Run

Our roadmap is built on organic, de-risked growth.

1. Crawl (T-15)

MTOW: 15 tonnes. Market entry in the "Commuter Category". Focus on tourism and surveillance. Risk mitigation via established regulations.

2. Walk (T-60)

MTOW: 60 tonnes. Scaling up to larger markets like luxury expeditions and transatlantic "Air Cruises".

3. Run (T-240)

MTOW: 240 tonnes. The heavy-lift transporter revolutionizing logistics for remote areas.

Business Model: Lean Asset Owner

Troponaut operates as developer and owner of airship assets.

Development & Production

Troponaut provides the preliminary design. Detailed design, certification, production, and maintenance are executed by established DOA/POA partners.

Asset Owner

We focus on preliminary design, financing, and leasing. This keeps the company structure lean and streamlined.

Dry-Lease Model

Our airships are leased to experienced, certified operators. This ensures predictable revenue streams and mitigates operational risks.

The Team

A unique combination of experience from Zeppelin, CargoLifter, and DLR.
